The building consists of 3 main functions such as: individual residence, hotel and restaurant. The slope of the site is used to separate the functions of the building into levels, giving outdoor space to the service sectors as well. The building is surrounded by an abundance of greenery from both sides and every function is connected by a continuous staircase that is place alongside the slope of the site.
