The building is composed of 2 residential towers comprising of 12 storeys each, connected with a 4 storey shopping mall space. The envelope is composed of disrupted vertical lines of windows. The color tones are light, in order to emphasize the vertical window composition. The retail space is composed of horizontal lines, using brise-soleil.
