Afive story residential building, with a retail and services ground floor. The challenge for this building was to maximize the living spaces out of a considerably small footprint. The use of the perforated metal on one side of the building, is not only an aesthetic element, but increases the amount of sunlight intake as a response to the ban of windows on those surfaces, based on area regulations.
