An urban study and a long-term ongoing project, designed with the concept of a city within the city, making it the first of its kind in Albania. The complex itself comprises many services other than residential, like business buildings, educational, wellness centers, retail and entertainment facilities, parks, pools, camping areas, etc. The challenge was to design a unique community where the essential facilities of everyday life are located within minutes of reach, as well as surrounded by natural resources. The typology of houses has a vast variety, giving opportunities to families with different ranges of income. The layout is designed to give a sense of continuation, comprising of a regular repetitive nucleus, with distinguishing elements like balconies and terraces.
